You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for activity under your login. You must be a licensed real estate agent or broker to publish listings on the platform.
You retain ownership of all listing content you upload — descriptions, photos, video. You grant KeyPitch a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and host that content on the platform and on partner channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) at your direction.
You agree not to publish listings you don't represent, scraped MLS data, or content that infringes anyone's rights. We will remove content that violates this term.
Subscription billing is monthly or annual via Stripe. The Founding 100 plan locks in $99/mo for life unless you cancel — we won't raise that price on existing Founding members. Standard plans may change with 30-day notice.
You can cancel any time. Your data — leads, listings, contacts, analytics — is exportable as CSV from your dashboard. We'll retain your account data for 30 days post-cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.
You agree to comply with applicable real estate laws, including IDX/MLS rules where relevant, NAR Code of Ethics, fair housing law, TCPA (SMS opt-in), and RESPA (lender disclosure). KeyPitch enforces TCPA opt-in checkboxes on lead capture; you're responsible for the rest.
