The largest real estate portals charge agents to access leads on their own listings. That model became inevitable once one company had enough buyer traffic to set the rules. We don't think that's how it has to stay.
KeyPitch flips the model: agents pay one flat fee. Listings, leads, and the consumer-facing homepage are all owned by the agent who put in the work to win the listing. We don't sell leads. We don't auction your buyers to your competitors. We never will.
We're based in the Charlotte / Waxhaw metro, building first for our home market before expanding regionally. KeyPitch is part of a small ecosystem of agent-and-operator-owned tools from Guru Boxz Tech LLC, alongside Waxhaw Eats, Krew Huddle, and Krew Recruiter.
