When you sign up as an agent, we collect your name, email, phone, brokerage, and license state. When you create listings, we collect property details, photos, and your branded contact info. When buyers inquire, we collect their contact info on your behalf — that lead belongs to you.
We use your data to operate the platform, send you product notifications, route inquiries to you, and process billing through Stripe. We never sell your data, your buyers' data, or your past clients' data — to anyone, ever.
We use SimplyRETS (MLS data), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Stripe (billing), Mapbox (maps), DigitalOcean (hosting), and Anthropic (AI features). Each processor handles data only as needed to provide their service to us.
You can export your full lead list, contacts, and analytics at any time as CSV. You can delete your account and request a full data purge by emailing [email protected].
This policy will be expanded as we add features. We'll notify all account holders of any material change at least 14 days before it takes effect.
